ISG has been awarded a further £3 million fit out project at Park House, the largest new build mixed-use development to be constructed on London’s Oxford Street in the past 40 years.
The project sees ISG carry out a fast-track 80,000 sq ft Cat A commercial office fit out across three floors of the nine-storey building, which includes seven floors of modern high specification offices, 39 residential apartments and high quality double height retail space.
